Australia Day 2012 Harbour Cruise

Terms and Conditions

1. To secure your booking, a deposit of at least $500 is required within 7 days of making the booking enquiry.
2. The balance of the charter fee is to be paid 2 weeks before the date of the charter.
3. A security bond of $500 is required to be paid on or before the day of the cruise, refundable at cruise completion subject to no damages made.
4. Bond could also be jeopardized if any guests are caught smuggling alcohol or illegal drugs onto vessel.
5. Intoxicated persons will not be permitted to board the vessel.
6. Alcohol is not permitted to be brought on board the vessel. Passengers may have their bags and articles inspected, prior to boarding the vessel. Please feel free to refer to our House Policy on the Responsible Service of Alcohol.
7. In the event of any photographs or video footage being taken on board the vessel, Eve Harbour Cruises will have the rights to use such images for promotions including brochures, websites etc. (unless otherwise advised in writing by the patrons before going to print).
8. Cancellation - If the cruise can be rebooked at similar times as the cancelled cruise, then a refund of deposit will be paid less $50 administration fee.
9. Confirmation of numbers - The charterer will advise the numbers of passengers on the cruise at least 3 days prior to the cruise.
10. Eve Harbour Cruises reserves the right to cancel a cruise at short notice at any time from docking for passenger pick up and during a cruise, due to unruly behavior among the passengers for the safety of all on board.
11. The scheduled charter time commences once the vessel docks in at the wharf of boarding (not when once all the passengers have boarded) and the completion of the cruise time is once the vessel has docked back at the wharf for all the passengers to disembark.
12. For a packaged alcohol cruise, all rules governing the Responsibility of Service in serving alcohol will be adhered to.
13. Serving of alcohol for a packaged cruise commences once all the passengers have boarded the vessel and the vessel has moved off the wharf. The bar closes 15 minutes before docking at the wharf of disembarkation.
